Internet Explorer(IE)の一時ファイル（キャッシュフォルダ）のデフォルト

RamDiskのテストなど、Internet Explorer(IE)の一時ファイルの保管場所を変更したあと、元の場所に戻したいときにわからなくなるのでメモ。
